Allen Reese opened his first hearing instrument office in 1969 in Columbia City, inside Thornburg’s Drug Store, where he had been working as a store manager. In 1976, he and his family moved to Plymouth where he acquired Collins Hearing Service.

His first office in Plymouth was located on Center Street where the Fire Station is currently located. Two years later, he decided to move his office to Jefferson Street to a converted home for additional space considerations. Allen then decided a more convenient location would be downtown in the Bauer Building at 111 E. Garro Street.

Most recently, after almost 32 years in that same location on Garro Street, Allen decided it was time to expand once again and move his office to our new location at 322 N. Michigan Street, Suite C, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Plymouth. Next to the Plymouth Building and directly across the street from 1st Source Bank, the new location has ample and convenient parking, two offices for testing, programming and fitting Hearing Instruments, and comfortable reception and waiting areas.
